Another huge issue a lot of our construction clients are having, is that the GCs/owners are trying to push inordinate amounts of risk to downstream subs, who are not advanced enough to realize that they are taking on more risk than they think they are. Risks that if a loss occurred, could put the company out of business in a split second.
